Dining at Melody Maker is a spiritual smorgasbord

Melody Maker Cancun is fast becoming one of the hottest resort options for the coolest millennial travellers.

The resort opened its doors in December and is targeting millennials who aren’t on the cheap beer train: those slightly older, more discerning individuals who have graduated from the spring-break-crowd. Melody Maker Cancun’s clients are chic, young professionals who love their music and appreciate luxurious living.

Which could explain why the food and beverage offerings at the resort so impressively high-end. Led by executive chef Eric De Maeyer, Melody Maker offers five restaurants serving a fabulous array of international cuisines.

At the Social International Market your clients can enjoy dishes from around the globe from live cooking and serving stations, as well as a cool gourmet market-style ambience. From fresh seafood and ceviche to fine wine and healthy juices -- they can enjoy it all while taking in top notch ocean views. 

The completely new Botánico serves up inspired dishes with a subtle touch of Asian flavour; while the fresh and funky Talavera serves up modern Mexican cuisine. The Melody Maker Restaurant features the chef’s daily four-course set menu and transforms into an entertainment hub each evening; while the Delirio Beach House showcases fresh Mediterranean fare right on the beach. 

The resort also boasts a celebrity-style Champagne Bar and chilled-out The Coffee Bar. Up on the first floor VIP Deck your clients will find a fine selection of drinks and snacks, along with gorgeous ocean views, water mirrors, a private pool and a Jacuzzi. 

Plans are in progress for the opening of a rooftop bar on the 19th floor. The venue will provide clients with incredible views over Cancun and the ocean.
