Your clients will be over the moon with new Sandals offerings

As Air Canada Vacations and Sandals mark over 35 years of working together, we’re taking a look at the buzz surrounding this ground-breaking partnership. And few industry-firsts have created a buzz in the Caribbean luxury market quite like the opening of five over-the-water villas at Sandals Royal Caribbean resort in Montego Bay at the end of 2016. 

Hailed as the ‘Caribbean’s most spectacular accommodations,’ the bungalows blend modern luxury and exotic palapa-style architecture to deliver an immersive Caribbean experience for your clients. They also showcase expansive patios, signature Tranquility Soaking Tubs for two, over-the-water hammocks, outdoor showers and suspended patios with swim-up platforms. The interiors boast glass floors with underwater views.

There’s also an exciting new bar option at Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals South Coast: Latitudes Overwater Bar. Exclusive to these two Jamaican properties, the bars boast 360-degree ocean views for picture-perfect sunset cocktails. 

These exciting new options reflect the fact that as a destination, Jamaica is busy reinventing itself.

“Talking to your clients about these enhancements helps to paint a full picture of what their vacation experience will look like before they leave home -- and help you to earn commission on these pre-booked items,” added Allen. “If you are looking for happy, repeat clients, then you should definitely be talking to them about Sandals and ACV packages.

“We might not be on the lower scale price-wise, which can create some obstacles for agents, but the value is absolutely there if you take a closer look.”
